SUMMARY: Schedule all local, national, live streaming, and secondary station commercials into OSI computer system and log editing to assigned stations within Cox Traffic Hub by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Works closely with assigned hub stations sales management, account executives and sales assistants. Contacts sales agencies, both local and national, for commercial copy and instructions when needed.

Coordinates commercial copy from DG systems, FTP and other outside services with agency instructions to assign to sales orders for air. Places calls and e-mails to agency and sales (account executives/sales assistants) for missing copy and instructions. Assigns house numbers to commercial copy and provides daily dub list for engineering. Enters revised agency instructions when needed. Double checks all copy entries using OSI copy component and agency instructions daily. Maintains agency instruction files for reference.

Purges commercial copy from the OSI system and sends a purge list to engineering for same spots to be deleted from Master Control Harris server. This position will also be responsible for log editing on days to be determined. Log editing consists of title cueing, advertiser/product separation, timing and making sure all promo and PSA time is filled on the daily log using the OSI log wizard. Completed logs will be printed or electronically sent to respective hub stations. Attention to detail, pleasant phone manner, basic computer and typing skills are necessary.
