SUMMARY: Maintains sales inventory working with sales management at hub stations. Places exceptions or pre-empts spots in exceptions for 3 months out. Adds/revises program changes on log in OSI when needed. Log editing for live streaming and secondary stations daily and primary station on days to be determined.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties to be assigned.

Works closely with local and national sales management to maximize sales inventory. Pre-empts, clears and places commercial spots as directed by sales managers. Clears exceptions 3 months out by placing or pre-empting spots. Informs sales managers of problem dayparts, such as, oversell, product conflicts etc.

Checks OSI workflow for new orders, revisions, correct rate sections and break types. Adds/revises program changes and assigns the correct format in the OSI system when necessary. Creates/changes formats as directed by outside producer, network or program manager.

Log editing includes title cueing, advertiser/product separation timing and making sure all promo and PSA time is filled on the daily log using the OSI log wizard. Completed logs will be printed or electronically sent to respective hub stations. This position will also backup other associates in the hub when necessary.

Attention to detail, pleasant phone manner, basic computer and typing skills are necessary.
