California's dry wells by county

In California's fourth year of drought, 37 counties report homes with wells going dry. Tulare County in the Central Valley farming region has more than all others combined, and residents of a tiny community called Okieville have been hit especially hard with nearly one-quarter of wells serving 100 of its homes drying up.
