Directed and choreographed by Broadway icon Kathleen Marshall, the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of the timeless Cole Porter musical theater masterpiece Anything Goes won the 2011 Tony Awards for Best Musical Revival and Best Choreography. The touring production of the popular revival plays a limited four week engagement at the SHN Golden Gate Theatre beginning January 8.

The rewrite of the 1934 musical comedy follows the farcical misadventures of the lovers, liars and clowns on a transatlantic cruise aboard the S.S. American. When the vessel heads out to sea, etiquette and convention head out the portholes as two unlikely pairs set off on the course to true love, proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, an exotic disguise and some good old-fashioned blackmail.

Cole Porter's roundup of nostalgic hits in the production include such Broadway classics and standards as "You're the Top," "Friendship," "I Get a Kick Out of You," "It's De-Lovely," "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" and, of course "Anything Goes." This road show stars critically-acclaimed actress Rachel York in the role of Reno Sweeney.
