20th Annual Giants FanFest

Bay Area baseball fans will run wild at AT&T Park this Saturday as the 20th Annual KNBR Giants FanFest offers up autograph sessions with former and current players, clubhouse and dugout tours, a first crack at individual game ticket sales and much more.

Although the gates to AT&T Park won't open until 10 a.m., fans can buy tickets for the upcoming season starting at 8 a.m. at park ticket windows, Giants Dugout Store locations, and online at www.sfgiants.com.

In the wake of the Giants' second World Series title in three year, the celebration is expected to attract record numbers of fans.

Sponsored by Giants radio station KNBR 680 (who will be broadcasting live from home plate during the festivities), the free event gives fans a chance to meet and get autographs from some of their favorite Giants. Scheduled to attend are two-time Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum along with fellow pitching staff favorites Jeremy Affeldt, Ryan Vogelsong, Madison Bumgarner, Barry Zito and Sergio Romo as well as World Series heroes Buster Posey, Angel Pagan, Brandon Crawford, Marco Scutaro and Series MVP Pablo Sandoval.

Additionally, fans can chat up and get an autograph from manager Bruce Bochy as well as other Giants coaches and broadcasters. The FanFest also gives Giants loyalists a chance to snap a picture with the World Series Trophy, walk the field, sit in the dugout, get up close with players and coaches at the Q&A Stage. While admission to the family event is free, donations are encouraged at the gates to the Giants Community Fund.
