SAN JOSE, Calif. —

Hundreds of new cars, trucks, sport utility vehicles, crossovers and more rolled into the San Jose McEnery Convention Center for the 2013 Silicon Valley International Auto Show.

The show is taking over the Convention Center on Thursday, January 10, through Sunday, January 13, and is previewing all that is hot on four wheels. With December U.S. light-vehicle sales up 9 percent in December, 2012 finished strong and analysts expect U.S. sales to continue to rebound in 2013.

Several exciting models on the show floor include the 2014 Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, Dodge Dart, Ford C-MAX, Honda Civic, Jaguar F-Type and more, as well as the latest electric vehicles including the Chevrolet Spark EV, Chevrolet Volt, CODA all-electric, Nissan LEAF, Toyota Prius Plug-In and more.

In the South Hall, attendees are invited to experience 2013 model Jeeps at Camp Jeep, an interactive adventure zone where professional 4x4 drivers will share the experience of Jeep’s on and off-road capabilities with riders. The Jeep test track includes logs, stumps, an angled drive-over and other terrains. It also features a thrilling hill climb where passengers experience the Jeep's traction capabilities while climbing a 35 degree Jeep Mountain. Vehicles available for test ride include the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Wrangler Unlimited and Grand Cherokee.

Hours are Thursday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for military (with DOD ID), senior citizens (62 and older), students (under 25 with valid school ID) and children 7-12. Children 6 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. Advance E-tickets can be purchased at a $1 discount from the official auto show website.
