On Tuesday at 9:51 p.m., the Santa Rosa Police Department received a call about a robbery at a store at 1407 Fulton Road.

Police said four male suspects and a female suspect entered the store and some of the male suspects attempted to steal liquor.

A male employee confronted one of the suspects and a struggle ensued, police said. During the struggle the three other male suspects joined in and began to assault the employee, police said.

One of the suspects threatened the employee with a metal tire iron. The suspects then fled the store.

The 17-year-old suspect was taken into custody on Friday without incident.

Later Friday, police officers located a vehicle associated with one of the suspects and attempted to stop the vehicle. The driver did not stop and led officers on a high-speed chase onto U.S. Highway 101.

Police were able to disable the vehicle during the pursuit and took the driver and two passengers into custody. The three men were identified as the three other suspects in the robbery, police said.

Police said no one was injured in the vehicle pursuit.
