Defense attorneys for one of the men charged in the deadly Oakland Ghost Ship Fire says there won't be any more plea deals.

Lawyers representing Max Harris say the district attorney is filing a letter Friday claiming the time to negotiate is over.

Last Friday the district attorney told the judge none of the victims' families supported the plea deals.

Max Harris' attorneys say they plan to file a motion to separate their case from master tenant Derick Almena.

They also plan to ask for a change of venue. Right now both men are expected to go to to trial.

Both are expected back in court for a hearing on Friday.
