Google building evacuated in Mountain View, substance in envelope wasn't dangerous

The substance found in an envelope on Google's campus Tuesday afternoon was determined to be safe. The suspicious item caused the building on the 2600 block of Casey Avenue in Mountain View caused an evacuation out of an "abundance of caution," according to Mountain View police.  

Mountain View Police Department said on Twitter that they and the fire department were at the scene as of 3:50 p.m. 

Employees had to leave the building, before it was given the official all clear.
