A new survey is listing the worst places to live if you're trying to save money, and one Bay Area city is topping the list.
Gobankingrates.com looked at the 60 biggest cities in the US, and says San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Oakland are the worst when it comes to getting ahead, financially.
The site based their results on several factors, including median home prices and rent, sales tax, gas prices, and of course median household income.
