SAN FRANCISCO —

The city of San Francisco submitted a supplemental filing Friday afternoon in the Sheriff Ross Mirakarimi ethics probe.

In the 55-page filing the city is looking to get the cell phone records of Mirakarimi's former campaign manager, Lynette Haines.

Haines reportedly spoke to Mirakarmi's wife Eliana Lopez the day she talked to her neighbor Ivory Madison about her husband’s alleged abuse.

The filing accuses Haines of talking with the neighbor on the phone trying to get her to change her story and dissuade her from cooperating with police.

Mirakarimi submitted the names of witness he will call in the ethics probe Friday including former San Francisco Mayor Art Agnos, current Mayor Ed Lee and former San Francisco Chronicle publisher Phil Brontsein and a former girlfriend.
