A suspect in a homicide at a Vallejo mobile home park who was reportedly naked when taken into custody last week is set to make her first court appearance on Tuesday morning, according to court documents.
Angela Rose Black, 30, was arrested Wednesday for the fatal shooting of 47-year-old Timothy Lee Hawkes at the Vallejo Mobile Estates on Lincoln Road West.
Police officers responded at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday to the shooting at the Vallejo Mobile Estates and found Hawkes inside a mobile home in the 100 block of San Miguel Road. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Black was taken into custody as she tried to leave the mobile home park, police said.
She was booked under no bail in the Solano County jail at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday for murder and attempted murder, according to the jail booking log.
Black is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in Solano County Superior Court in Vallejo.
Police searched for the suspect who was described as a white or Asian woman in her 30's. Police initially said she was naked when she was arrested.
Court records show Black was found mentally incompetent and committed to a treatment center on Sept. 17, 2012.
Solano County Deputy District Attorney Karen Jensen said Black was charged with vehicle theft and second-degree commercial burglary that occurred in November 2011 in Vallejo.
