One killed, one critically injured in Fairfield shooting

FAIRFIELD, Calif. —

One person was killed and another critically injured in a shooting outside a bar in Fairfield Wednesday night, police said.

The shooting occurred outside a bar in the 600 block of Parker Road, near Travis Air Force Base, at around 8:45 p.m., according to Officer Cleo Mayoral.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and another was taken to a hospital in critical condition, Mayoral said.

No suspect information was immediately available.
