EMERYVILLE, Calif. —
A woman riding a bicycle collided with an AC Transit bus and suffered severe head injuries in Emeryville Tuesday night.
Emeryville police responded to the accident at the intersection of 45th Street and San Pablo Avenue at 8:04 p.m.
Police said the 31-year-old female cyclist collided with an AC Transit bus and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
There were no passengers on the bus and the bus driver was not injured in the accident, police said.
Police said they were continuing to investigate the cause of the accident.
