Four men allegedly attack, stab 30-year-old man

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. —

A 30-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing in South San Francisco on Saturday afternoon, police said.

Officers responded to reports of an assault in the 200 block of Eighth Lane at about 2 p.m., according to South San Francisco police.

Arriving officers found a man who had been stabbed several times by four male suspects, police said.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and is expected to survive.

The four suspects were only described as light-skinned, and they were seen leaving the area in an older model tan 4-door sedan, police said.

It had not been determined if the stabbing was gang related.
