SAN JOSE, Calif. —

Police are looking for an elderly man who suffers from dementia because he disappeared after leaving his San Jose home Wednesday.

Yung Lee, 96, was last seen at 7:15 a.m. today at his home in the 900 block of Orchid Way where he lives with his family.

He rides the VTA bus daily to the Korean Center at 1800 Fruitdale Ave. However today he did not arrive at the Korean Center, and because of his dementia and forgetfulness, is considered at-risk.

He was reported missing at 7:11 p.m.

Lee was last seen wearing black slacks, a blue- and white-checkered shirt and a brown jacket. He wears a lanyard around his neck with his family's contact information, however it may be under his shirt and not visible.

He is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.

Anyone who finds Lee has been asked to call 911 so that he can be reunited with his family.
