Two shootings leave one with life threatening injuries

SAN FRANCISCO —

Two men were shot and a 12-year-old boy injured in two shootings Sunday in San Francisco, according to police.

A 23-year-old man is in the hospital with life threatening injuries after being shot shortly after 2 p.m. on the first block of Osceola Lane, Officer Albie Esparza said.

A 12-year-old boy was also struck by glass fragments in the leg in the shooting, which is being investigated as potentially gang related.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, wearing black clothing.

Around 7 p.m. on the 500 block of Bayshore Boulevard, a victim walking into a liquor store was shot in the arm. The victim sustained non lifethreatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in either shooting, Esparza said.

Anyone with information on either incident is asked to call (415) 575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411.
