OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Oakland police are investigating a murder-suicide after a man called police saying that he shot and killed his wife.

The incident was first reported sometime Sunday morning at a home on Keith Avenue, near College Avenue in Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood.
When police arrived, the man refused to come out and he later killed himself. Police believe the man shot himself.
Police say the woman was in her 70s and the man was in her 60s.
