Missing 86-year-old woman located in Oakland
Vivian Napier, 86, left her home, located in the 900 block of Norton Street in San Mateo police said.
SAN MATEO (BCN)-- An 86-year-old woman who went missing this morning in San Mateo
has been located, according to police.
Vivian Napier was found in Oakland tonight, police said.
At about 7 a.m., Napier had left her San Mateo home, located in the 900 block of Norton Street, and hadn't been seen since.
Napier suffers from dementia and also has a heart condition that requires medication, according to police.
