Prop 52: California voters say yes
SACRAMENTO (KTVU) -- California voters have approved Proposition 52, which mandates a daily fee that would be paid by hospitals to fund the state's Medicaid program.
The fee was set to expire next year but the proposition would make the fee permanent and would guarantee that the money is only used for Medi-Cal and not diverted to the general fund.
