Private cleanup application forms for residents of the city of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County whose properties were destroyed by the North Bay Wildfires are due Wednesday, government officials said today.

Residents who choose not to participate in the Sonoma County Consolidated Debris Removal Program, or are ineligible to do so, are required to clean up their property, city and county officials said.

Qualified personnel must remove burn debris in a timely manner at the owner's expense, according to government officials.

Before starting cleanup, property owners must submit a private cleanup application form and work plan to the city or county, depending on location, for approval.

The forms can be accessed at sonomacountyrecovers.org/debris-removal, city and county officials said.
