Oakland, Calif. (KTVU) -- Raider Nation is holding a drive Saturday morning to keep the team in Oakland.

The 11 a.m. rally is being held outside the Raiders facility in Alameda on 1220 Harbor Bay Parkway.

Organizers say a new stadium in the East bay is more possible than people may believe.

Their motto is, "Let's get that Raiders stadium deal signed."

Currently, a San Diego developer proposes to building a stadium as part of a multi-billion dollar project to turn the Coliseum area into new housing, retail and office space.

But Oakland and Alameda County officials have raised doubts about the project, such as whether it can be privately financed.
