Richmond shelter-in-place lifted

RICHMOND, Calif. (KTVU) - The Richmond Fire Department lifted the shelter-in-place off Harbour Way and Nevin Avenue at 7:27 p.m. Wednesday evening. The area will remain closed off through the night.
PG&E shut of the gas line but the damage is not repaired. Workers will be on the scene all night.
The warning was issued at approximately 2:40 p.m. after a third party hit a gas line while digging.
