Baby taken from Emeryville found safe
EMERYVILLE, Calif. (KTVU) - A baby who was reported missing from an Emeryville residence Thursday morning has been located. Officers are working to reunite the baby with his mother.
According to Emeryville Police, Keith Alvin Ruffin arrived at his ex’s residence Thursday at about 9 a.m.
Her residence is located in the 1000 block of 47th Street, Emeryville. Police say he forced his way in.
The suspect’s estranged girlfriend lives at that residence with their infant baby boy, Keith Ruffin Jr.
Police say Keith Ruffin, who does not have legal custody, took the baby and left.
The baby has since been safely located.
