San Jose grass fire threatens at least one structure

Fire crews in San Jose are working a grass fire that's moving at a moderate speed and threatening at least one structure, according to the San Jose Fire Department.

The blaze began at 3815 Quimby Rd. around 4 p.m. Sunday. Fire officials requested that San Jose police close Quimby Rd. at Murrillo Ave. so fire crews have unobstructed access to the fire. 

Cal Fire is being called in for support. 

No injuries were reported and no further information was immediately available.
