OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - A flash flood watch was issued Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 for parts of the North Bay. It will remain in effect through Thursday morning.
The watch includes areas scared by the Atlas, Tubbs, Nuns and Pocket fires. The heaviest of the rain is expected to come in the middle of the night, between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m.
Heavy rain is expected and consequently debris could flow, as well as the possibility of mudslides and flash flooding.
In preparation for the storm, residents should visit countyofnapa.org for sandbag locations.
