As the Bay Area dries out Friday from Thursday's storm, there are still lingering problems, such as uprooted trees and power outages.

A large tree fell onto a garage at Magnolia Avenue and Cedar Street in San Anselmo.

The tree crushed the garage and a car, that was parked there.

Firefighters who arrived on scene, had to wait for PG&E crews to check on downed power lines and a report of a gas leak.

One of the electrical lines was a live wire, and power had to be cut.

Several hundred homes in the neighborhood were affected by the outage.

The people living at the home were able to make it out safely.

Neighbors were told to shelter-in-place, as a precaution.

It will take at least through Friday, if not longer, to cut the tree, and remove it and clear away all the debris.
