Vehicle runs red light, injures eight in San Francisco

A vehicle ran a red light on Wednesday morning and several cars and about eight people, including a couple of children – although their injuries were minor, according to San Francisco police.
The accident occurred just before 8:30 a.m. near Ocean and Miramar avenues, police said.
It appeared as though the driver did not act intentionally, police said.
