Video appears to show man poisoning bottled water

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Police in San Diego are investigating after a man walked on to a front porch of a home and pouring liquid plant food into unopened bottles of water. 

The incident happened shortly after midnight Tuesday. A security camera captured the moment an unidentified man in a red shirt opened the bottles and poured plant food inside. 

Fortunately the family did not drink the water, but they are warning their neighbors, for the fear the man will strike again. 

The man has not been identified by neighbors or police.
