Water main bursts in Hayward, dozens without water

HAYWARD, Calif. (KTVU) - Dozens are without water following a water main break in Hayward Sunday morning, officials said. 

Hayward Fire Department responded to the incident on the 900 block of Highland Blvd. around 11:00 a.m. Hayward Public Works is on the scene and repairing the damage done to the road.

Mud and a lot of water line Highland Blvd. near Margaret Dr. It is unknown when repairs and cleanup will be completed, but officials are hoping for Sunday evening.
