Description: Located in the Pacific East Mall with other Asian shops, Phuping Thai is an offshoot of Thep Phanom, one of the Bay Area's better Thai restaurants. The mall location is glitzy and jarring, but the food is generally wonderful. Strong menu and good execution aren't worth the trip to Richmond, but once you're there it's a great choice.
