Description: Arguably the best Vietnamese food in Oakland's Chinatown. The interior isn't much to look at, but the bill won't be a lot to pay, either. Most everything on the menu is worth trying, but Vi's excels at noodle soups. Their duck noodle soup is justly famous. They also have a notable wine list with a nice selection of California whites, mostly from Navarro.
