Description: One of the few remaining old-school vegetarian places left in the city. While you might still see a few hippies and new-agers munching meatless renditions of American standards like Ananda's signature "neatloaf" or tofu ravioli, the place is now mobbed by Civic Center workers for lunch. Run by the students of Sri Chimnoy, the food is better than the rabbit food once associated with spiritual vegetarian fare. Vegans, however, will find a limited selection as many dishes contain dairy or eggs. Cash only.
