Description: A New York strip steak in a San Francisco strip joint? What a concept. Boy's Toys uses a pedigreed kitchen to try to separate the wheat from the chaff along Broadway. The food isn't bad and will even be getting better with the addition of Thomas Hogan as executive chef. He's adding seafood, sushi and caviar and champagne to the menu.
