Description: Tucked behind a Jack-in-the-Box on First between Market and Mission, Cafe Tomo is one of the best downtown lunch deals in SF. Not much atmosphere but the bento box-style deals are really something -- like grilled salmon with soup and salad for around $7. Nice variety of soba and udon soups, miso soups, sashimi.
