Description: Probably the most colorful taqueria in town, El Balazo is a great place for visiting company, if only for the many menu references to the Grateful Dead. To its credit, the taqueria caters equally to Haight Street vegetarians (they even serve a cactus burrito) and carnivorous out-of-towners (the pork carnitas and chili verde are terrific).
