Description: As the name implies, Maykadeh has been serving up Persian favorites in North Beach for some time. The white tablecloth restaurant does a good job on most of the menu items and can take you off the beaten path with lamb's tongue and other unusual appetizers and entrees. Hearty stews and fresh baked pita bread will warm the belly. A nice break from the Italian scene in North Beach, and one of the finer choices in the area.
