Description: The PCB is unique in that they serve beers other than their own, freeing owners Steve Wolff and Don Gortemiller to brew only the darker, heavier beers they prefer. The location alone is worth a look. The Pacific Coast Brewing Company is in a beautifully restored building in downtown Oakland featuring acquisitions from the Oakland Museum. The signature PCB brews are the Gray Whale Ale, Orca Porter and Imperial Stout, which packs a 10% alcohol kick.
