The culinary identity of the menu is diverse, including bits of Southern, Italian and American comfort food vis-a-vis California. All entrees are priced under $12, which in itself may be breaking new ground. If you've ever dined in this cavernous space before, you'll know that Succotash may be best suited for a night out with your pals rather than a romantic rendezvous, mostly due the echoic din of fellowdiners and the pulsing thud of an upstairs club, which powers up late on weekends. Tip: the patio is a good option for those seeking a less-noisy atmosphere.
