Suriya Thai's inventive cuisine puts the fuse back in fusion. The plates are attractively presented, drizzled with colorful infused oils and bright vegetables. Flavors are bold and clean; combinations inspired and unmuddled. The chef is constantly experimenting, and his efforts are visible on the long list of daily specials.
