Description: Hard to believe that Lapis is long for this world since the owner made front-page news with a lawsuit over smells that pummel the area. It would be a shame to lose Lapis because it has food to match the great bay views. The Mediterranean cooking is flavorful but subtle, and when the winds are blowing the other way, the restaurant can be magical.
