Description: Steak and seafood combos, sometimes called "surf and turf", often suffer as neither element is given enough attention. Anzu, however, in the Hotel Nikko, excels at both. The serene atmosphere perfectly complements the sushi bar, so it is Anzu's way with meats that comes as the surprise. Anzu doesn't completely escape the feeling of a hotel restaurant, but it's been dramatically improved with a recent makeover.
