OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN

(1) ELIGIBILITY:

The "July 4th Concert Ticket Giveaway" Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of California, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of KICU-Action 36 Cable 6, KTVU Fox 2, Cox Enterprises, Inc., Internet Broadcasting Services, Inc., ClearChannel Entertainment and the San Francisco Symphony (collectively, the "Sponsors"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising agencies and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Contest. Each Entrant must have an Internet or online service provider account in good standing with either free Internet access or a flat-monthly fee structure as of June 9, 2003. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

(2) HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY:

(a) The Contest will begin at 12:01 a.m. P.S.T. on Monday, June 16, 2003. To participate, Entrants must log onto KICU-Action 36 Cable 6's website at www.kicu.com. On the website, each Entrant must complete and submit an online entry form (the "Entry"), including his/her first and last names, age, complete address (including street address, city, and ZIP code), e-mail address and telephone number where he/she can be reached. All Entries must be received by 11:00 p.m. P.S.T. on Wednesday, June 25, 2003. Each entry must be made by an individual from a single computer and may not be made by proxy, automated device(s) or electronic means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. Each Entry will be deemed made by the registered owner of the e-mail address from which the Entry was received.

(b) Only one (1) Entry per e-mail will be accepted. All Entries are the property of KICU-Action 36 Cable 6 and will not be returned.

(c) On or about Thursday, June 26, 2003, KICU-Action 36 Cable 6 will conduct a random drawing from all correct and eligible Entries to select ten (10) winners of the Contest (the "Winners"). The Winners will thereafter be notified by telephone and/or email. KICU-Action 36 Cable 6 will make no more than two (2) attempts to notify each Winner. If any Winner does not respond to KICU-Action 36 Cable 6's notification within 48 hours of notification, KICU-Action 36 Cable 6, in its sole discretion, may disqualify that Winner and may or may not select an alternate Winner by conducting a random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries.

(3) PRIZES:

Each Winner will receive four (4) admission tickets to see the July 4th Fireworks Concert featuring the San Francisco Symphony at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California on July 4, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. (the "Prize"). Each Prize is for use by the Winner and 3 guests of his/her choice.

The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $110. No substitutions are allowed, except that the Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Each Winner may waive his/her right to receive the Prize; however, the Prize is nonassignable, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash. Each Winner is responsible for all expenses, costs and fees not explicitly listed as part of the Prize. All fees and reporting requirements associated with federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each Winner. The Sponsors have sole discretion to designate and/or modify details of the Prize not specifically listed above. Along with the Prize, KICU-Action 36 Cable 6 will send a publicity release, indemnification and waiver and an affidavit of eligibility to the Winner; by accepting the Prize, the Winner and his/her guests agree to complete, sign and return these documents no later than ten (10) days after receipt of these documents. Failure to sign and return the release, indemnification and waiver and affidavit may, at the sole discretion of KICU-Action 36 Cable 6, result in the Winner's disqualification and the award of the Prize to an alternate Winner.

(4) ODDS:

The odds of winning depend on the number of correct, eligible Entries received.

(5) PARTICIPATION:

Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each Entrant to comply with all terms, provisions and conditions of these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the terms relating to the use of KTVU's website, including its Privacy Policy. Entrants authorize the Sponsors to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city of residence in programming or promotional material without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify Entrants found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by the Sponsors.

(6) SPONSORS' RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, delay, failure, or any other causes beyond the Sponsors' control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the Contest.

(7) DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE:

By entering into the Contest or accepting or using any prize award or benefits, each Entrant releases the Sponsors and each of their affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). The Sponsors disclaim any liability for: (1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay or failure in the transmission of Entries or the operation of the Contest; (2) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; (3) any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, networks, lines, online systems, providers or servers associated with or used for the Contest, whether originating from Entrants, Sponsors or others; (4) failure of any Entry to be received by the Entry Deadline on account of traffic congestion or technical problems on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof; (5) any incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, defective, misdirected or misrouted Entries; (6) any injury or damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials for this Contest; (7) any disputes, claims, damages, fees, costs, injuries or damages associated with or involving the use of any Prize.

(8) CONSTRUCTION:

All questions, issues, claims and disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Entrant, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

(9) SPONSORS:

The Contest is sponsored by KICU-Action 36 Cable 6, KTVU Fox 2, Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., Cox Enterprises, Inc., ClearChannel Entertainment, and the San Francisco Symphony. The Sponsors' decisions regarding the selection of the Winner and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsors will not be responsible for any typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Contest Rules or any other materials or administration relating to the Contest.
