ChiSox Activate Uribe From 15-day DL

St. Petersburg, FL -- (Sports Network) - Chicago White Sox second baseman Juan Uribe was activated from the 15-day disabled list on Saturday after a stint with Triple-A Charlotte. Uribe came in to Saturday's 2-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays in the eighth inning to play second base and did not have an at-bat.In a corresponding move, the club designated outfielder DeWayne Wise for assignment. Uribe was placed on the disabled list on May 23 -- retroactive to May 16 -- with a strained right hamstring. He was hitting .198 (23-for-116) in 38 games for the White Sox at the time of his injury. Uribe went 2-for-11 with two RBI in three games for the Knights. Wise was 0-for-6 in six games for Chicago.
