OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - The Oakland Raiders are making some noise at the start of the free agent signing period.
In addition to signing offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele to a huge contract, the Raiders also appear to have locked up one of most coveted linebackers available in Bruce Irvin.
the 28 year old Irvin was the Seahawks first round pick in 2012 and played his first four seasons in Seattle. Irvin has started 25 games over the past two seasons tallying 12 quarterback sacks. He will team up with Khalil Mack to form a formidable pass rush.
The signings of Irvin and Osemele have not come cheap for the Raiders. Irvin's deal is said to be four years and $37 million, while Osemele reportedly inked a five year deal worth up to $60 million.
The Raiders finished last season 7-9 but the arrow is clearly up for the Silver and Black.
