Dave Clark

Dave Clark joined KTVU Channel 2 as Co-Anchor of "The KTVU Channel 2 Morning News" in November 2007. He is an award-winning newsman with more than 35 years of broadcasting experience.

 

Clark started his broadcast news career in radio when he was 17 years old in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA. His first television news job was in Pittsburgh, PA where he worked for the Cox Broadcasting Bureau at WPXI-TV as a reporter and weekend anchor.

 

From there, Clark moved on to report and anchor in Florida, New York City, and Washington, D.C. for a number of radio and television news outlets. He’s reported on many of the biggest news stories of our time, including the landmark O.J. Simpson trial and the Northridge Earthquake.

 

Most recently, Clark worked for 14 years as an Anchor/Reporter at KCAL9 TV and KCBS TV in Los Angeles. He also served as an Anchor/Reporter at KNBC in Los Angeles.

 

Mr. Clark serves on boards of several civic organizations including "The Challenger’s Boys and Girls Club" and "Cure Autism Now."

 

Dave is happily married to an opera singer who is the Founder and Director of the non-profit arts organization "Opera Noir." Together they have three children.
