Accused Colorado Gunman's Arraignment Delayed
Attorneys for the accused gunman in the Aurora movie theater shooting asked for more time to prepare a plea for their client. James Holmes is charged with killing 12 people and wounding dozens of others. The judge agreed to postpone the 25-year-old former neuroscience doctoral student's arraignment until March 12. The announcement was met with frustration by victims and their supporters. "I definitely do not think that he is insane. I think he is absolutely just evil."
