Biden Sworn in For Second Term

Early Sunday morning, Vice President Joe Biden is sworn into office in a the private ceremony in the main foyer of his official residence. He used a bible with a Celtic cross on the cover that has been in his family since 1893. Later Biden joined the President for a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Obama will also hold a low key swearing in at the White House Sunday. The Constitution mandates that the president takes office January 20.
