Chavez's Condition Inproving in Hospital

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's condition is improving after his latest surgery in Cuba, says Vice President Nicolas Maduro in a televised address. Tuesday's surgery in Havana was the leader's fourth operation since mid-2011 for cancer in his pelvic region. In a strong showing of support, over 3,000 of the country's top military and government officials attended a mass in Caracas on Thursday. And a vigil was held in Havana.
