MARTINEZ: Widow sees justice after teen driver sentenced in fatal accident
Almost six months after a high speed crash on Treat Blvd in Concord claimed the lives of her husband and 9YO daughter, Stoorai Nuri said she finally saw justice with the 17YO driver pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter Wednesday.
